Secretary's Report
- Secretary not present in October meeting, RE took minutes but forgot them
Treasurer's Report
- All funds sat in the cash box
- Paid 120 to street sweeper to clean the lot, all felt that was money well spent
- Should be over 2000 in the bank with the last event
- Waiting on counting the cash box and recipts to figure out how much we have exactly
- 24 folks at the last event, 6 new people and 1 new member. 910 income for the event
Membership Chairmain Report
- No report, no big increase or decrease
- Trevor to be the Spotlight in December
- Kevin to get us some additional photos
Timing and Scoring
- We had no radios at the last event, bought 4 new radios and batteris for $50
- Next year no pax modifiers on any group (i.e. no Tires PAX)
- ALL Street Tires will run in the same group (Stock,ST's,Street Prepared, Street Mod, etc)
- No class allowances for the rookies next year
- Will produce a checklist for rookies and competitors to verify proper classing
- We have issues with people talking to T&S when the event is going, will have them talk to the starter if they have issues
- Duncan will hold a T&S Training meeting a week before the first event of 2012, anyone is welcome to come
- Considering getting a generator for next year
Club Racing Chairman's Report
- No Report
Solo Chairman's Report
- Issues with Solo shootout mentioned specifically the tires pax and rookies pax. Before the event it was decided Tires keeps the tires pax, rookies keep the class allowances but not the tires pax
- Because of above mentioned issues we voted for the above mentioned changes to next years pax
Assistant RE Report
- Nothing to Report
RE Report
- Year End Meeting - January 28th at Great American Land and Cattle on Yarbrough and montwood or so.
- Not sure what to give as trophies for most classes. Considering getting either helmet bags or plaques for rookies.
- Voted on the 'traveling awards' as per below
- Worker of the Year - Joe Walker
- Most Improved Driver - Mariano Azarte
- Lead Foot - Carl Beerbar
- Car will be bringing the trailer, may have issues as he wants to trailer is Corvette again next year
- 14 or 15 events next year will be ok
- New Treasurer Nomination - Kathy Becker
- Other Positions - 1 person nominations to those currently holding the position
- Duncan will send out election ballots via e-mail, members can vote or write in
New Business
- Kathy proposed the idea of making SCCA business cards with info on it. Duncan will produce them.
- Add a blurb on the website that shows National membership prices, and non 2 day event prices
